If you are making insulated panels, food service equipment, refrigerated truck and trailer bodies, insulated doors or any other rigid or flexible polyurethane foamed part, their team of designers will develop a polyurethane foaming fixture tailored to your product and process requirements.

If it's RIM, SRIM, RTM parts you are molding, their designers can design a system to fit your needs. Their RIM clamps and mold carriers come in a variety of styles and sizes, with or without tilt capabilities and shuttles.   Stand alone units or turntable mounted, you decide.   Complete in-house electrical control systems design delivers fully automatic or manual sequencing and intrinsically safe options.

Six former employees of Remmele Engineering founded Con-Tek Machine, Inc. in 1983.   These original partners brought with them over 75 years of combined experience in designing and building special machines for this market, so even in its infancy, Con-Tek Machine was respected as a true leader in the field of urethane fixturing equipment.   Throughout the years Con-Tek has continued to build upon its reputation as a leader by designing and building the best equipment available in the urethane markets.
