The Erathane ISF Series is a range of two component systems to produce flexible integral skin polyurethane foam for closed moulding applications. The systems are designed to give good reproduction of surface detail and excellent skin on the moulded part.

Three main grades are available at densities of 100, 120 and 160kg/m3 to cover most moulding applications. The foams exhibit excellent physical properties, including tear strength and good processing characteristics.

The Erathane HR Series is a range of two component systems to produce high resilience flexible polyurethane foam for closed moulding applications. The systems are designed to give good skin and void free moulded parts.

The main grades are available at densities from 50 to 160kg/m3. The foams exhibit excellent physical properties and good processing characteristics.

Applications: The Erathane HR Series can be machine dispensed by low pressure polyurethane dispensing machines such as Cannon, or they can be hand mixed.

The Erathane EF Series is a range of two component systems to produce high resilience ester flexible polyurethane foam for closed moulding applications. The systems are designed to give good skin and void free moulded parts.

The main advantage of the ester foams is the very high tear strength. The main grades are available at densities of 90, 168 and 185kg/m3.

The Erathane SR Series is a range of two component spray systems to produce rigid polyurethane spray foam. The systems are designed to be sprayed at a ratio of 1:1 by volume through a high pressure spray machine such as manufactured by Gusmer.

The Erathane BS Series is a range of two component systems to produce rigid polyurethane block foam. The systems are designed to produce discontinuous block by the traditional 'coffin mould' process.

The Erathane AF Series is a range of two component systems to produce rigid polyurethane appliance foam. The systems are designed to fill refrigerated appliances such as freezers and cool boxes.

The Erathane GP Series is a range of two component systems to produce general purpose rigid polyurethane foam. The systems can be used in a wide range of applications.

The GP series covers a broad range of densities from 32kg/m3 to 400kg/m3. The Erathane GP Series covers a wide range of products with different performance criteria. All the foams have been optimized to exhibit excellent physical properties, good insulation properties, and where required good fire properties. The systems also have good processing characteristics.

The Erathane R Series is a range of two component systems which produce a high density RIGID FOAM. These systems are ideal when a strong foam with good dimensional stability is required. The systems are best suited to a closed moulding application, however they can also be processed as a free-rise foam.

The main two grades are Erathane R4.0 with a density of 190kg/m3, and the Erathane R5.0 with a density of 75kg/m3.

Erathane MF Series
The Erathane MF Series is a range of two component systems to produce rigid polyurethane foam for closed moulding applications. The systems are designed to give good reproduction of detail and excellent skin on the moulded part.

Erathane SB Series is a two component system to produce rigid polyurethane foam for moulding surfboard blanks. The system is TDI based, and has been formulated to produce a very 'white foam' with good shaping characteristics after demoulding.

The Erathane SB Series has some clear performance advantages over other rigid polyurethane foams for surfboard blank moulding applications. The foam exhibits excellent physical strength and good chemical processing characteristics.

Erathane Erapak is a two component system to produce rigid polyurethane foam for packaging applications. The system is MDI based, and has been formulated to produce a low density foam of 9kg/m3 which is semi-rigid in nature and ideal for protective foam packaging of expensive items.

Applications: The Erathane Erapak must be machine dispensed either by a packaging machine or another 1:1 by volume dispensing machine (contact Era for details).

Erathane TX Series is a two component system to produce rigid polyurethane foam for taxidermy applications. The system has been formulated to produce a rigid foam with a density of 56kg/m3.

Applications: The Erathane TX Series can be machine dispensed or hand mixed.

The Erathane PFA Series is a range of two component systems used as an adhesive for bonding Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) to Colourbond steel for use in the insulated panel market. The materials have been designed to give maximum speed and efficiency in production.

Three two grades available are designed to run at 140 and 170 Isocyanate ratios. Please contact Era Polymers if you are unsure which ratio is best suited to you.

Applications: The Erathane PFA Series are designed for machine processing.

Erapol E Series
Erapol E Series is a range of polyether based prepolymers intended to be reacted with MOCA or Ethacure to produce high performance polyurethane elastomers in the hardness range of 83 Shore A up to 95 Shore A.

The Erapol E Series of high performance polyurethane elastomers exhibit excellent physical properties, including good tensile strengths, high resilience and excellent wear characteristics, as well as outstanding hydrolytic stability.

The Erapol ETX Series is a range of polyether based prepolymers intended to be reacted with MOCA or Ethacure to produce structural high performance polyurethane elastomers in the hardness range of 65 Shore D through to 85 Shore D.

The Erapol ETX Series have been designed with high impact and load bearing strength coupled with outstanding abrasion and chemical resistance, ideal to operate in harsh environments where wear characteristics are of prime importance.

Erapol ETL Series is a range of polyether based prepolymers intended to be reacted with MOCA or Ethacure to produce medium performance polyurethane elastomers in the hardness range of 85 Shore A up to 75 Shore D.

The Erapol ETL Series prepolymers are based on polyethers to make them liquid at room temperature. The polyurethane elastomers exhibit good physical properties, including tensile strengths and wear characteristics. The low viscosities are a clear advantage in terms of processing.

Erapol ECP Series
The Erapol ECP Series is a range of polycaprolactone based prepolymers intended to be reacted with MOCA to produce high performance polyurethane elastomers in the hardness range of 60 Shore A through to 57 Shore D.

The polyurethane elastomer exhibits excellent mechanical and solvent resistance properties, similar to that of standard high performance polyester polyurethanes, but with the added advantage of superior hydrolysis.

Erapol CC and CCM Polyurethane Resins.
The Erapol CC and CCM materials are a new generation of cold castable polyurethane resins ranging in hardness from 35 Shore A to 60 Shore D. They have been specifically formulated for use within the concrete moulding industry.

Era Polymers offer both high (CC) and medium (CCM) performance polymers.

They are an easy to use cold casting system that will cure at ambient or elevated temperatures. And have the added advantage of low viscosities allowing for easier processing.

Erapol EMD CC Series
The EMD CC Series is a range of cold cast two-pack polyurethane based on MDI polyether. The Series is deigned to cure at ambient temperatures.

The elastomers are a medium performance product with excellent elongation and good flexibility.

It offers advantages in that it can be readily processed and cured at ambient or elevated temperatures. The low viscosity also allows for easier processing.

The Erapol OC Series is a range of two component aliphatic polyurethane systems designed to produce medium performance, optically clear polyurethane elastomers in the hardness range of 25 Shore A up to 80 Shore D.

The Erapol OC Series are unique in that they are optically clear and have been formulated with an additive to reduce yellowing over prolonged exposure to UV.

These products have clear performance advantages when it comes to outdoor applications. The elastomers exhibit good physical properties.

The Erapol SP Series is a range of polyether based two component spray systems designed to be sprayed at a ratio of 1:1 by volume through a high pressure spray machine such as manufactured by Gusmer.

Three systems are available producing high performance elastomers in the hardness range of 85 Shore A up to 60 Shore D.

The Erapol SP Series has some clear performance advantages over some of the more traditional high performance sprayed polyurethane elastomers, as the Part A is based on a fully cooked prepolymer system.

The Erapol EMD Series is a range of polyether based prepolymers intended to be reacted with 1,4-butanediol to produce high performance polyurethane elastomers in the hardness range of 85 Shore A up to 52 Shore D.
