Soybean oil and PET based polyols

Through a biolipid transesterification, similar to the production of biodiesel, utilizing PET and glycols we go a step further and produce aromatic polyester polyols. This polyester includes the aromatic terephthalate from the PET and gives it different properties that the characteristics we know from the typical soy polyols in the market.

Technology for PU recycling

Due to a fact the polyurethane is not thermo-recyclable, we have seen a lot of shredder recycling procedures and anyone of them with its particular limits. PU particles have been used as filler in PU foams with limited success.
