Greenseal Chemicals NV in Ghent (Belgium) and Greenseal Research Ltd in Lisboa (Portugal).

we are looking for an 'enterpreneurial innovative PU chemist' to act as a General Manager of two new started up companies namely Greenseal Chemicals NV in Ghent (Belgium) and Greenseal Research Ltd in Lisboa (Portugal).

Greenseal Chemicals NV is active worldwide and specialized in the manufacturing and selling of specialty PU chemicals for one and two component Greenfoams in aerosol cans, Greenadhesives and Greensealants.
Greenseal Research Ltd is the R&D company for the products mfg and sold by Greenseal Chemicals NV Belgium.

The person we are looking for will be responsible for the building out of both companies and will be spending the first 6 months in Lisboa structuring and supporting the R&D work.
Next he will be supervising the sales & marketing & and production of the products in Belgium and supervising the R&D in Portugal.

Profile:
We are looking for a passionated experienced polymer chemist or chemical engineer with a passion for Green OCF's(One Component PU foams in aerosol cans), adhesives and sealants.
You are enterpreneurial, innovative, market and margin driven
You will develop and implement the business plan and report to the chairman of the BOD -Mr Aster De Schrijver.
